We finally got the sport bike we had been anticipating for 2 months. We originally went to a dealership, who wanted 4,999.99 for the bike. We put down a deposit and was told the bike would be available the next day because they were waiting for the shipment. We waited and waited. A month and a half later, we still had no bike, so we got our deposit back with much effort. We bid on a used bike that had 800 miles from Ebay. We won the auction with a bid of $3,550.00 and had a shipping price of $625.00, so we saved about $900.00 even with the shipping. We feel like we got a good deal! I had a lot of fun riding on the back of it while the Stewart's were visiting. Now, we have no one to watch Regan when we ride, so Caleb goes solo and I try not to get jealous. It gets about 70 MPG so we will save a lot of gas money versus a car when Caleb commutes back and forth to work.
